Mojo LLC will be purchasing several Thoroughbreds from the 2018 Keeneland September Yearling Sale
and bundling them together in this new group to be developed as a Two-Year-Old racing prospects.

• Entry Fee per Share = $500 (50% due by December 25, 2018 and 50% due by February 14, 2019)

• Quarterly Billing = $350 per Share (starting 2Q 2019)
