Mojo’s Mission is to help people get actively
involved in the sport of thoroughbred racehorse ownership by
providing affordable, fun, and rewarding opportunities to participate in our
racing groups!.
Mojo Racing groups offer participation opportunities that feature:
- Annual Cash Payouts for All Partners*
- Win, Place, Show Distributions for Capital Partners*
- Multiple Horses for one Low Annual Participation Price
* Payouts and
Distributions are based on each Partner's vested interest as explained
in our Terms & Conditions for participating our our new racing
group.

Estimated Participation Costs:
The following information reflects the cost to join and participate in
our racing group as either a General Partner or Capital Partner
based on our pre-determined estimated* annual budget for three horses.
General Partner Opportunities
- 1% - 4% Vested Interests
- $300 Entry Fee per 1% Share
- $1,000 Annual Cost per 1% Share ($175 Quarterly Billing + $300 Bloodstock) per 1% Share
Capital Partner Opportunities
- 5% - 10% Vested Interests
- $1,500 Entry Fee per 5% Share
- $5,000 Annual Cost per 5% Share ($875 Quarterly Billing + $1,500 Bloodstock) per 5% Share
* Our annual
budgets are based on the year-over-year average costs (of the operating and bloodstock acquisition expenses) for the number of horses planned for our racing group; however, those budgeted costs don’t include unpredictable
expenses such as vet expenses over/above the average. If a budget shortage is incurred during a quarter, then each Partner is responsible for their
respective % of that shortage. An
estimated annual budget is prepared to give everyone a good base number to help them
consider what vested percentage they can afford (each year) and to help them
with their own personal financial planning purposes.
